We currently own housing in the cities of Riverside, Trotwood, Huber Heights, and in Harrison Township. Prospective tenants are screened for eligibility which includes a review of credit and background reports.

Our rental properties are single-family homes and low-density mutli-family units. We also work with households who need accommodations due to a disability or handicap. Many of our units meet or can be modified to visitability standards. We offer amenities such as central air and off street parking, and most of our rental properties are located within close proximity to public transportation.
